Remote location in the peaceful mountains of Auvergne. Away from tourists and urban stress. Comfortable, spacious, and clean rooms. Delicious taste of local cuisine. Reasonably priced dinners. Full or continental breakfast options. Ability to pack lunches. Friendly and welcoming couple owners
Could not be improved in any way.

This auberge boasts a stunning location, with beautiful views of the surrounding scenery. the room was well-decorated and comfortable with plenty of space. the bathroom was clean and modern. the owners are friendly and provide excellent service. Breakfast was delicious, with local ingredients. there are some great facilities available, like the lovely reading area.
It's a shame that the choice of dishes is limited.

Small town charm, delicious local cuisine and friendly service. The hotel is well situated near mountains with stunning views. The hotel also offers affordable and tasty breakfasts and packed lunches for your adventures.
Limited menu options and chilly weather during the evenings. The hotel rooms could use an extra source of warmth as they can get quite cold.

I found the perfect remote hotel away from urban stress and tourists. The comfortable and very clean rooms were spacious, and the friendly owners also run the bar and restaurant downstairs. The reasonably priced dinners provide delicious local cuisine. They serve breakfast and offer packed lunches to go.
No negatives.
